• Advantage: You only pay for the fuel you actually use.

 

2. Full to Empty

• The vehicle is delivered with a full tank and returned empty.
• The customer pays for a full tank of fuel in advance.
• Disadvantage: If you don’t use all the fuel, there is no refund for the unused amount.

3. Prepaid Fuel

• Similar to “Full to Empty,” but with the option to prepay for fuel at an agreed-upon price.
• This can be convenient if you plan to take long trips and use most of the tank.
• Tip: Plan your itinerary carefully to make the most of it.

4. Partial Tank

• The car is delivered with a set amount of fuel (e.g., half a tank) and must be returned with the same amount.
• This is less common, but can lead to confusion if you don’t check the initial level.
• Recommendation: Take photos of the fuel gauge when you pick up the vehicle.

 

Tips to Avoid Problems with the Fuel Policy

• Always check the gas level upon receiving the car and make sure it is noted in the contract.
