Exhibits in the International Lounge of the power, in Paris and the PMA Fresh Summit 2014, in California

The offer of Costa Rican food products had a presence in two international trade fairs: the International Hall of the power, in Paris and the PMA Fresh Summit 2014, in California.

In December the country will participate in a food fair, the "NY produces". This fair is for the fresh sector: fruits, vegetables, roots and tubers. 
There, national products rub shoulders the industry heavyweights, including the United States and the European Union, but also emerging as Brazil, Mexico and Argentina, together with smaller producers like Chile and Costa Rica. 
According to data from the Promoter of Foreign Trade, the event in Paris was attended by the signatures of the Gold, Rome Prince, Kamuk food, food Prosalud, Costa Rica Coffee Export, Florida Products, secular, and Naturologistica Sweetwell. 
The products you are promoting national still during this week of the fair, which receives 150,000 visitors and 6,300 exhibitors from 105 countries, are: roasted coffee, cocoa, water, tuna, pineapple juice and orange, pasta, sugar substitute and gluten-free products, sauces of spicy exotic fruits, gelatine powder, powdered drinks, syrups, palmito, yucca and canned pineapple. 
This fair has been exploited by the Latin American region to position the innovation in their products. 
Example of this is, agribusiness, Blue Mountain, a Costa Rican family SMES, which exhibits two of their star products in the flag of the innovation of the fair: yucca al ajillo ready to consume and coffee with flavors. 
From the field. In Anaheim, California, United States, was carried out until the Sunday the PMA Fresh Summit 2014, an event that brought together more than 1,000 exhibitors from fresh products and 20,000 buyers from 60 countries.
